Peter received his B.A., with honors, in Psychology in 2000 from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Law Degree from New York Law School in 2004. After graduating law school, Peter authored three books for McLaren Legal Publishers on the subjects of Torts, Property and Evidence. He clerked with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office and Monmouth County Public Defender’s office. Since joining the firm in 2004, Peter has specialized in General Negligence, Product Liability, Personal Injury, Landowner Liability, Insurance Coverage and Workers’ Compensation. Peter is a qualified Arbitrator in the Counties of Mercer, Ocean, Atlantic and Cape May. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars, is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and Insurance Defense Committee.
