Patricia graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Business Administration in 1983. She obtained her law degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1986. After graduating from law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael D. Farren at the Monmouth County Superior Court. She is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the Federal District Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Patricia is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. She resides in Manasquan, New Jersey with her husband and their three sons.
